Teacher Responsibilities-

• Implementation of weekly lesson plans

• Ensure children are happy and safe

• Read and follow state regulations

• Communicate needs of the children to assistant teacher and parents

• Complete daily paperwork including daily chart, injury reports, illness reports, daily reports for parent, and any other necessary paperwork

• Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming classroom for children and parents

• Show an understanding of age-appropriate activities and expectations for the children in your class

• Complete 16 hours of continuing education annually

• At the end of the day ensure classroom is ready for the next day

Assistant Teacher

• Assist Lead Teacher with daily activities

• Provide a warm, happy, safe and inviting environment for children
